Metal Reclamation was the original industry served by the RODECS® technology. The first RODECS® Industrial system became operational in the Year 2000 in a secondary Metal recycling Foundry.
Uniquely, the RODECS® system has been identified by the industry as the world's only system that is truly Universal in decoating (remove organic components) and drying any type of Metal scrap (irrelevant of shape or alloy type) from any type of organic material (irrelevant of coating weight or material).
There are numerous RODECS® based Industrial Plants in full operation in four different continents. These RODECS® plants process a wide range of metal scrap, from low coated sheets and extrusions to heavily oil coated fine turnings (Swarf).
The RODECS® technology is designed to clean and decoat (remove organic components) from the metal scrap. This process increases both the metal-scrap demand and value.
